Andy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and was selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America, Family Law. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in 1974. He has published articles in Family Advocate, Taxes, The Tax Magazine, Res Gestae, and the Indiana Law Journal.
