Anita Webster has practiced law in Nevada for
24 years. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in law in 1983.
While in law school she was a member of Law Review. She was admitted to
practice law in California (inactive) in 1983 and Nevada in 1984. Ms. Webster has taught and co-authored several articles including "Tax Aspects of Divorce in Nevada", "Effective Family Law Practice in Nevada", and "Equitable Distribution in Divorce Settlements in Nevada: Valuation, Tax and Other Issues". Ms. Webster successfully argued Gallacher v. Hayes, before the Nevada Supreme Court; a case of first impression in Nevada, regarding a custodial parent’s request to move out of the country. Ms. Webster also served as a Supreme Court Settlement Judge and an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau |
