Mark Rapp graduated from Regis College Magna Cum Laude in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a double major of History and Political Science.  He gained his J.D. from University of Colorado School of Law in 1991.  

Mark Rapp has practiced law in Weld County and northeastern Colorado since June of 1993.  He is the managing partner of Henderson, Taylor & Rapp, LLP and is a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.  He is a past board member of Weld County Partners, Inc. and is the past president of Weld County Legal Services, Inc.
