Carrie M. Wilcox, Esq.
Attorney Carrie M. Wilcox, Managing Partner, is admitted to practice in the Arizona state courts and federal district court. Ms. Wilcox practices in the areas of business formation and creditor rights/debt collection. She also has wide-ranging experience in civil litigation, including  family law, personal injury and business representation

Hope E. Fruchtman, Esq.
Attorney Hope Fruchtman has litigated cases throughout many jurisdictions of Arizona, including Maricopa, Coconino, Pinal and Pima counties. Attorney Fruchtman focuses her practice on family law matters including dissolution of marriage, custody, paternity and child support cases. Attorney Fruchtman handles cases in the areas of juvenile dependencies, juvenile severance, and adoption, as well as matters of guardianship of minors in both the Juvenile and Probate court.

Jami Wilenchik, Esq.
Ms. Wilenchik has practiced family law for five years. Ms. Wilenchik practices exclusively in the area of family law and has gained extensive experience representing clients with international custody disputes arising under the Hague Convention.  Ms. Wilenchik also gained valuable knowledge working in the Victim Rights and Witness Assistance Program with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

 

 

Gregory A. Larson, Esq.
Mr. Larson's practice encompasses a wide range of legal issues including commercial litigation, transactional, real estate, construction, collection, corporate and governmental compliance, condemnation matters and family law.
In addition, Mr. Larson has served as company in-house counsel in the industries of health & fitness and real estate development, as well as representation of title companies in litigation and administrative matters.

Robert N. Edwards, Esq.
Robert Edwards was recently admitted to the State Bar Association of Arizona but has been practicing law in Minnesota since 1978. During that time, he has represented individuals in the state courts throughout Minnesota and, additionally, in the Federal District Court for the State of Minnesota. Mr. Edwards' practice focuses solely on litigating personal injury claims

Gary W. Loftis, Esq., Of Counsel
Mr. Loftis' practice focuses primarily on plaintiff's personal injury work and creditor rights/debt collection.
